Patient Health Portal

The Patient Health Portal is an online system that gives patients access to multiple aspects of their health records, which include dates of visits, diagnosis, medication history, allergies and procedures done at the National Skin Centre.

It also enables patients to communicate with the healthcare team through e-mail. Patients can email queries about their medications, treatment and procedures done via the portal. They will also be able to access information related to their medical condition or medications by linking their diagnosis and prescriptions to NSC’s database of patient information leaflets.

This free service reaches out to patients and provides easy access to medical information. Patients’ personal information remains confidential and protected under the Two Factor Authentication log-in process.
