Registration Hours

The DSC Public Clinic is a subsidised sexual health clinic that provides confidential and affordable sexual health screening, diagnosis and treatment for all men and women. 

Operating at level 1 of the DSC Clinic, the public clinic is open to all , every Monday to Friday, from 8am to 11am and 1pm to 4pm , and evening clinic till 6.00pm on Mondays and Fridays. Upon arriving at the clinic, our patient service associate will assist you with the registration process. Our doctor and nurse will then conduct a thorough medical examination and decide on laboratory tests or special procedures you may need and our health advisors will also provide you with detailed information about your condition, clear any doubts that you may have and assist you in adopting a lifestyle that will reduce your chance of getting an STI. 

Please note that DSC operates by appointments and patients are strongly encouraged to make an appointment with us. Walk-in patients are only seen under emergency situations.

If you wish to make an appointment, please fill in the Online Appointment Form or alternatively, you may wish to call 62939648 or drop us an email at apptdsc@nsc.com.sg to book an appointment. The appointment call center is opened every Monday to Friday from 8am - 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. 

In case of emergencies outside of our operating hours, please visit the nearest A&E Department.

*The Public Clinic and the Evening Clinic accepts both male and female patients.

**Evening Clinic is on every Thursday from 4pm to 6pm.​

Urgent Cases ​Without Appointments

DSC sees patients by appointments only. We will make every effort to provide timely medical care to all our patients. If you arrive at our clinic as a walk-in, please understand that you will be assessed by our staff if you would require same day medical attention. There will also be a $5 walk-in fee payable and you will only be seen after all appointment patients.

Alternatively, you may be asked to schedule an appointment on another day if your condition does not require immediate medical attention.

We seek your kind understanding as we work towards providing you and all our patients a comfortable visit to our clinic.

Should you require urgent medical assistance, you may visit your family physician (GP clinic or the nearest polyclinic).

**All new cases and existing patients who hav not seen a doctor for more than 2 years will be required to see the doctor for consultation.

TAG "Test And Go" Servi​ce (For Males only) - Strictly by Appointment Only

Want a hassle-free test for HIV/ Syphilis/ Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea etc?

The DSC clinic now provides a Test & Go (TAG) service for our existing male patients with NO symptoms who want to do STI/sexual health screening, where you will be seen by a nurse and collect your own urine or swab specimens.

Please quote "Test & Go or TAG Service" when calling for an appointment or making an on-line booking.

Please book a regular appointment if:

  • You have any signs or symptoms on the genital such as rash/genital discharges/genital ulcers/itch or growths.

  • You had contact with someone who has an STI or requires medication/prescription.

  • You have not seen our doctor for consultation at DSC for more than 2 years.
