Submission of Personal Portfolio
In addition to on-line application for the Dermatology Senior Residency Program via the MOHH website, you are required to submit your personal portfolio to the Program Director using the template given.
Your personal portfolio may be used, in addition to the interview organized by the program, for ranking and matching into the training program.
Your personal portfolio and all its supporting documents together with a recent color passport photograph of yourself should be submitted in PDF format to: chintiongang@nsc.com.sg
