Clinical Research Study Recruitment
As the national tertiary academic centre for dermtological disease in Singapore, National Skin Centre (NSC) is committed to high quality, clinically relevant research to advance dermatological knowledge and impact clinical services. Medical Research is essential to gain a further understanding of these disease and effective ways of treatment and prevention. Thus, we would like to call out to volunteers to take part on our research studies. There may or may not be direct benefit to you from participation. However, your participation will add to the medical knowledge which will eventually benefit the human population.
Following are the research studies available for participation:
- Atopic Dermatitis
- Psoriasis
- Pigmentary disorders (for e.g. Melasma)
- Hair disorders (for e.g. Hair Alopecia)
- Acne Vulgaris and its Variants
- Keloids and scarring
- Itch
- Sexually Transmitted Infections
- Wound healing, Skin Ageing and Regeneration
